Privacy notice

This notice is a working draft prepared by the organizers and has not been reviewed by a lawyer or data protection authority.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, home address, postal code and declared age, plus the Fridays you book and the sport you vote for.

If you choose to provide it, your Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) is collected for one purpose only: reporting to Skatteverket as proof of registration. It is stored encrypted, is never shown to other members, and is never used for anything else.

Why we collect it

To organise Friday sessions in the sports hall, manage hall capacity, administer membership fees, and — with your separate consent — report registrations to Skatteverket.

Who can see it

Only you and the organizers. There is no public member directory and no attendee contact list. Other members only see totals, never individual votes or contact details.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it and end your membership. Write to info.events.sweden@gmail.com.
